About Us...

MDL Pet Services Limited was formed some 12 months ago following the diversification of services with Meadow Dogs Limited, a well established Dog Training and Behavioural Organisation. Due to the popularity of the Dog Training Services, many clients wanted the additional services of Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, Pet Transportation, to name but a few. In March 2007 the new Company went 'live' to provide these new services.

Heading up the organisation is Miss Sarah Jenkins. Sarah started her career 8 years ago at the Lord Whiskey Animal Sanctuary as a Kennel Assistant. Her duties included the animal husbandry and welfare of all the rescue and boarding dogs within her care. Sarah went on to become the Head Kennel person and was responsible for evaluating and assisting in the process of re-homing the rescue dogs at the sanctuary.

In 2003, Sarah started a new career with the Broadway Veterinary Centre as a Trainee Dog Trainer. This was a long but very enjoyable journey, becoming a Canine Training and Behavioural Advisor. Her duties included the administration and teaching on the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme Courses, observing and participating in numerous Behavioural Home Visits with her then tutor, Robert Haynes, Managing Director of Meadow Dogs Limited and conducting private one to one training.

Her apprenticeship continued with the acquisition of handling skills, in a practical role, working with as many different breeds of dog as possible.

Sarah continues her involvement with the Kennel Club Courses as Robert's Deputy Head Trainer and is working towards her final accreditation. Sarah's love of dogs and the experience that she has gained over the last eight years has led her to her latest role as the Managing Director of MDL Pet Services Limited.
