For some owners, the mere thought of leaving our pets unattended, or putting our dogs into a Boarding Kennel can be too much to bear. Other owners can spend much of their daily routine in total companionship with their pet and the emergency trip to the hospital, the overnight appointment or the holiday arrangements, can appear to be a logistical nightmare.

With over 7 million dogs in the UK, some dogs can adapt to a changing environment however, other dogs simply cannot cope with the separation, isolation or additional stressors that occur when their owners are not around. This should not mean that we cannot take a holiday; shopping trip or an overnight stay with family or friends as here at MDL Pet Services Limited we can provide the support link between you and your dog if you choose to go away.

In many cases, the Pet Sitter often becomes known to your dog or family pet by way of other visits to your home. This provides the continuity and security for your pet at a time when you are not around. The benefits of the Pet Sitter are clearly visible. Your pet remains within the comfort of its own home, routine and daily activities are not changed and the welfare of your pet is our priority. This gives you peace of mind that your pet is safe, your home is secure and your holiday or trip can then be enjoyed.

We fully appreciate that this premium service does not come without additional expense compared to the daily rate of a Boarding Kennel. We do not criticise the role of the Boarding Kennel but simply offer you the client, an alternative. The choices are yours.

The starting point of our services is what we call our Pre-Assignment Meeting. A member of our Team will come and meet you and your pet, in your home at a convenient time to discuss your individual requirements.

Rates are variable and are dependent on your specific requirements. These may be for a day time rate, where you are out of the home all day, an overnight rate for a business trip or a daily rate for a family holiday. Whatever your specific needs, please do not hesitate to call us.
